Paper Cuts:  Base---6 x 11, score P @ 2, 4;  score L @ 1 ¾, 3 ½, 5 ¼, 7, 8 ¾, 10 ½;  mark at 7/8, 2 5/8, 4 3/8, 6 1/8, 7 7/8, 9 5/8.  Score diagonally from marks to score line corners.  Snip off ½ x 2” section at bottom; snip lower vertical score lines to horizontal score line;  punch 1/8” holes for ribbon in upper sections.
